[DescrProcurement]

Revenue is seeking a software product that will be used daily to help manage the software development process, which must include but not be limited to project management, task management, project tracking, workflow mapping and reporting metrics in an agile development environment, across the entire development cycle.
This type of software is commonly known as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). The initial licensing requirement will be for 800 users. Additional users beyond this number may be required if the tool becomes more widely used in the organisation and/or is adopted by more project teams. In such cases, it is not expected to exceed a maximum of 2,000 users over the term of the Contract. Where additional licences are required it will be at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
Revenue will consider either of:
• An on-premise solution, one that is hosted in Revenue’s own Data Centre
• A cloud instance from a public or private cloud network
Please see RFT for further details.
