All information relating to attachments, including clarifications and changes, will be published on the Irish Government Procurement Opportunities Portal (www.etenders.gov.ie) only. Registration is free of charge. The contracting authority will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties;
2) The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by participants during this preliminary market consultation process;

4) As the Contracting Authority is exploring the options available to deliver the main and reserved specialists contractor packages, no provisional estimate of cost can be provided at this stage;
5) At its absolute discretion, the Contracting Authority may elect to shortlist parties for interview at any time from the publication of this notice;
6) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the Contracting Authority is not obliged to engage with all interested parties in respect of this preliminary market consultation. Therefore, interested parties are advised to return fully completed questionnaires by the deadline;
7) The Contracting Authority reserves to right to return to the market for further consultation if required, up to the deadline of this PIN Notice;
8) Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2014. If candidates consider that any of the information supplied by you is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reasons for the sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material, will in response to the FOI request; be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the Act;
