Description of the procurement

This Competition is being procured under the Restricted Procedure which is a 2-stage process for an Architect Led multi-disciplinary Design Team for the design of Cavan Regional Sports Campus.
This is Stage 1 of the Restricted Procedure.
Stage 1 – Expression of Interest
This is a pre-qualification stage open to all interested parties who wish to submit an expression of interest,
It is envisaged that, subject to the quality and number of Responses received, the top FIVE scoring Applicants, which also meet the minimum criteria and rules for selection, will be Shortlisted.
Prior to the issue of the Invitation to Tender document under Stage 2, if a selected Applicant withdraws from the competition for whatever reason, the Council reserves the right to include the next highest scoring Applicant in the invitation to tender list.
Only the Successful Applicants who are shortlisted will be invited to participate under Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender.
