Iarnród Éireann requires the services of a suitably qualified mechanical contractor with the expertise to undertake maintenance, repairs and replacement of mechanical systems and sub systems in safety critical environments such as National Traffic Control Centre, safety critical SET equipment, operational stations, Operational level crossing control centers and public facilities.
The requirements under this contract will include; planned preventative maintenance and the provision of technical & skilled certified resource’s for all work types.
Iarnród Éireann wish to enter into a single party five year agreement (3 years with the option to extend for an additional period of up to 2 years)

• Heating Systems - PV, Heat to Air, Gas, Oil.
• Chilled water & CRAC units -HVCA
• Air Conditioning units – F gas
• Building management systems, monitoring & remote control
• Air Handling units
• Ventallation systems
• Domestic Cold water systems
• Domestic Hot water systems
• Fire & Smoke dampers
• Provision of Technical resources for each regional area.
• Provision of Technical resources in Dublin CCE M&E technical offices.
• Provision of minor civil works associated with external UG services, metering and free standing distribution points.
