The Courts Service wishes to procure the provision of Fixed Voice and VoIP Services. Tenderers are required to quote for all service delivery modes currently deployed in the Courts Service – SIP, ISDN, PSTN analogue
This public procurement competition will be tendered as a single-supplier Framework Agreement. An initial Contract for the provision of Fixed Voice and VoIP Services will be awarded to the 1st ranked provider.
The Courts Services will draw down requirements for Additional Services over the life of the Framework Agreement based on the mechanism as set out in the Framework Agreement (Appendix 7).
Tenderers should note that they are required to complete a confidentiality undertaking to receive the full suite of Tender Documents.
