EirGrid Group have a continual need for a variety of design and print services and therefore intend to establish a single supplier framework for EirGrid group for the provision of these services. The requirements can be in varying volumes (for example 50 – 10,000 copies) of such items as colour documents, regular updates of existing brochures, documents and publications, voluminous planning and technical reports with binders, dividers, fold out maps, and merchandising
Design and Print material for EirGrid typically includes maps and graphs. Requirements may also include web–based design and execution services, and point of sale material. A further requirement is familiarity with infographics.
It is important to note that graphic development will strictly remain within EirGrid Group brand guidelines. The successful candidate may be required to work closely with EirGrid’s brand communications agency in delivering material that is to the standard set out in these guidelines.

The purpose of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to invite qualification applications from interested parties for the provision of Design and Print Services. EirGrid envisages qualifying up to 5 Candidates from this pre-qualification process, subject to the quality of responses received.
