Limerick & Clare Education & Training Board (LCETB) invite tenders for the provision of Design Team led Consultancy Services (Architect or Building Services Engineer that is familiar with school design and have experience in delivering projects of a similar scale and complexity, including the buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for Ennis Community College for the Schools Energy Pathfinder 2022. The main objective of the Programme in 2022 is to implement a range of deeper retrofit and renewable heating solutions in Ennis Community College and to test approaches, build best practice and capacity to develop a replicable scalable retrofit model for the building to help deliver on the sectors energy and decarbonisation targets, primarily during 2022 school holiday periods and possibly in to 2023.
