The Commercial Modern Music programme provides an up-to-date and industry focused education in commercial modern music, incorporating instrumental performance and song-writing skills, production skills and academic coursework in addition to the business, management and technical skills necessary to succeed in the commercial modern music world. The Contracting Authority invites and Calls for Expressions of Interest (“Responses”) to this PQQ under the Negotiated procedure for the award a single supplier service contract involving the provision of the Commercial Modern Music course and delivery all aspects of the programme while also maintaining the quality standards in accordance with policy laid down by the Academic Council of TU Dublin and where appropriate external examiner approval and appointment is made in accordance with the policy. A provider will also implement TU Dublin quality assurance procedures in regards to the the delivery of programme content to TU Dublin students.
