The project is the refurbishment/deep retrofit and extension of a 2,660m2 four/five-five storey over basement office block to provide flexible, sustainable, NZEB and Universal Access compliant office accommodation. The project scope includes conversion of the roof area for office accommodation, extension to the rear, replacement of external facades, replacement or refurbishment of the outermost structural envelope, upgrade or replacement of windows, extensive replacement of M&E and lift systems including relocation of roof level plant room.
