Short description

The Courts Service is tendering for the Provision of Maintenance, Support and Storage services for the Courts DAR system. Tenderers will also be required to propose solutions for the replacement of individual systems and for a broader refresh of the installed systems during the life of the Framework Agreement.
The successful Tenderer will support, manage and maintain all solutions identified in the Specification including applicable hardware, software and appliances across all Courtroom installations.
The Courts Services considers the schedules to Appendix 1 to be confidential information and have chosen not to include these details in the publicly available documents.
To access this information Tenderers must agree to the terms of the Tender Confidentiality Undertaking (Attachment 1) and follow the instructions set out at 1.6 in the introduction section of the RFT.

This public procurement competition will be tendered as a single-supplier Framework Agreement. An initial Contract for the provision of Support and Related Services will be awarded to the 1st ranked provider. The Initial Contract will be awarded for a period of three (3) years with provision of two (2) extensions of one (1) year each.
