RFT 192269 Social Housing Project at Former Convent of Mercy, Bantry, Co. Cork is being re-advertised on the Official Journal of the EU (OJEU) as the median price of the tenders received on 29th July 2021 under this competition exceeds the EU Threshold.
Please note the only amendments to the previously published procurement documents is PWCF 5 which has been updated by the OGP to include additional Clause 14 relating to Covid 19 and updated wording on the first page of QW3 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire for Dry Rot Specialist
Tenderers are invited to submit their response including:
• Response to Suitability Assessment Questionnaires (QW2)
• Response to QW3 for Specialist for Dry Rot Specialist
• Signed form of tender and schedule
• Pricing proposal (please return in Buildsoft format only)
• Works proposal (ie your response to the published award criteria contained in the ITT).
The tender submissions received under the previously advertised competition (RFT192269) have not been evaluated. Tenderers may re-submit their original tenders or amend should they wish to do so.
This is being advertised using an Accelerated Procedure as the requirements were recently advertised on eTenders and the requirements remain unchanged.
