HFA has a requirement to modernise their Financial Management Accounts System (FMS) - a legacy product that has been in use for almost 20 years - as well as invest in a CRM solution that incorporates details of their clients’ loans and financial information. Both systems will need to interoperate with the LTMS and there is a desire to use this opportunity to have a more data integrated solution.
