UCD invites tenders for Lot 1 - Telecommunications Management Service to manage the fixed and mobile telecommunications infrastructure and services at UCD and Lot 2 - Telecommunications Operations Support Service to provide helpdesk support for the University’s community of users.
Tenderers are permitted to tenderer for either or both of the above Lots. This document relates to both Lots of the competition. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby stated that each Lot of this competition will result in the award of a separate contract. Each Lot will be evaluated separately. If applying for both Lots of this competition, a separate Tender Response Document (TRD) must be submitted for each Lot.
