Mungret Community College - Mechanical Contractor for New School Build

EoI are invited from suitably qualified mechanical contractors to be shortlisted to tender for the construction of a new secondary school on a green field site in Mungret, Co. Limerick. Please note separate contract notices are published for the selection of suitable Reserve Specialist for Electrical Works Contractors and Main Building Works Contractors. The works include a new 1000 pupil secondary school for Mungret CC with a floor area of circa 11,380m2 over 3 storey’s with rooftop plantroom at Mungret, Limerick. The project includes teaching spaces, Specialist rooms, social spaces, multi-purpose hall, special education needs unit & ESB sub-station. The site development works include a new site entrance & internal road with set-down area, site lighting, car parking for 90 spaces, drainage, covered bicycle stand, six ballcourts, playing field, landscaping, new boundary treatments on a 10acre site. The building is designed to achieve a min A3 BER & designed to meet Part L regs.

The tender deadline has been extended to August 23rd 2021 at 12 noon
