Description of the procurement

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann for the establishment of a Qualification System for the supply and delivery of Under Sleeper Pads to its sleeper factory in Portlaoise.
Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to a Qualification System in order to participate in mini tender competitions for the supply of under sleeper pads.
The Qualification system will be established for a period of five years.
The requirement will be for the supply and delivery of up to an estimated 150,000 sleeper pads per annum.
