Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Goods Contract”) will be issued for a term of three (3) years (“the Term”).
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve months with a maximum of one (1) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
