The Department of Foreign Affairs wishes to contract an external professional service provider to support the administration of the Ireland Fellows Programme through the provision of a range of management services. These services include supporting the Ireland Fellows Programme call, appraisal and selection process; the administrative and support services to all Fellows; the management of outreach, communications and the alumni network; the monitoring and tracking of programme results; and the provision of analysis and input as required on relevant policy issues.
