Clarification 1
Criteria A Tenderers are advised that in relation to this criterion the word “Contract” can be taken to mean “Contracting Authorities Brief” in order to be consistent with the wording of the first sentence.
Clarification 2.
It has been brought to our attention that there is a discrepancy in the documents in relation to Criteria B – We confirm Kilkenny County Council will give particular consideration to the development of infrastructure projects with a construction value in the order of € 5.0M +.
