The Contracting Entity has decided to cancel this procurement process.
The competition (and PQQ) is being cancelled as the number of responses which meet the published prequalification criteria is deemed insufficient to allow this process to continue.
Please be advised that the Contracting Entity will issue a new competition which will be published by way of an OJEU Notice. The new OJEU Notice and PQQ will be issued via eTenders.
