This contract relates to the provision of a storm sewer network survey and associated services as required by Clare County Council Ireland, as part of the Shannon Town and Environs Flood Relief Scheme.
The aim of the survey is to assess the current conditions of the existing drainage assets and to identify the current capacity and any spare hydraulic capacity within the systems to deal with a range of potential flood scenarios and any future expansions of the subject areas. This will include below ground network inspection techniques, sewer cleaning/unblocking, pump station hydraulic tests, flow and rainfall data collection.

The sewer network survey and associated services to be carried out under this contract will comprise of the following:
• CCTV survey;
• Sewer cleaning;
• Rainfall gauging;
• Flow monitoring;
• Depth monitoring;
• Pump logging;
• Dye-testing;
• Ancillary asset surveys;
• Pumping Station surveys;
• Manhole surveys;
• Factual and interpretative reporting;
• Any ancillary works associated with the above.
• Property access arrangements;
• Health and Safety;
• Traffic Management;
• Other incidental Works.
