The purpose of the Competition is to establish a multi-party framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) with suppliers for the provision of; Lot 2- Speed Text Operating Services, Lot 3 - Personal Assistance Services, and Lot 4 - , Note-Taking Services. The framework for each Lot will consist of a single primary supplier and a single backup supplier. Any one supplier is limited to winning two (2) Lots as primary supplier and one (1) Lot as backup supplier, or three (3) lots as backup supplier. NOTE THAT THE PRIMARY SUPPLIER HAS BEEN APPOINTED FOR ALL LOTS AND THIS ACCELERATED COMPETITION IS FOR THE BACKUP SUPPLIER ONLY.
