ComReg, reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods, as set out in 1.3 and 1.4 of the PQQ:
ComReg intends to award a services contract (the "Services Contract") on conclusion of the Competition for a term of ten (10) years (the "Term”)
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to One (1) year with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law
Value in this notice is based on 12 years, for total term, including option.
