As part of their licensing conditions under the Taxi Regulations Act 2013 and associated regulations, all SPSVs (Small Public Service Vehicles) must display certain information in/on the vehicle and drivers must carry other forms of information.
The Authority wishes to invite tenders from suitably experienced and accredited parties for the provision of Secure Print Services in order to fulfil the Authority’s requirements for secure printing. The proposed Contract intends to provide a high level of security around printing, while introducing opportunities for cost reductions through decreased waste and enforcement of print policies.
A range of secure print services are required under the following seven (7) categories.
- Category 1: Area Roof-sign Stickers (RSS);
- Category 2: ID cards – The Driver Display Card;
- Category 3: ID cards – The Driver’s Licence Smart Card;
- Category 4: Tamper Evident In-Vehicle Licence Discs;
- Category 5: Vehicle Licence Certificates;
- Category 6: Frangible Adhesive Authentication Seals; and
- Category 7: Warrant Cards for Authorised Persons.
