In summary, this Phase 2 project will comprise:
Section A:
4 x General Classrooms 58.6 m2 each
1 x Construction Studies Room 149 m2
1 x Project Store 16.4 m2
Student & Staff Toilets 39.5 m2
Locker Space 36 m2
Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 420.2 m2
Section B:
Two Classroom SEN Base 409.7 m2
Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 524.4 m2
Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 1,065 m2
Also External:
Secure hard & soft play area 200 m2
Sensory Garden 100 m2
