Q. S. Services for Additional Accommodation at Tarmon NS. The project will comprise:
Section A: • 2 Classrooms: 80 m2 each
• Additional Toilets 8 m2
Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of: 224 m2
Section B: Special Needs Accommodation
• 1 Classroom Safe Base 70 m2
• 1 Classroom Early Intervention Class 70 m2
• Student & staff toilets: 40 m2
• 2 Small Safe Place rooms 24 m2
• Multi-sensory Room 20 m2
• Office, store & storage 46 m2
Giving a floor area (incl circulation and walls) of 345.6 m2
Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A & B (including circulation & internal walls) of 570 m2
Also:
• Secure Hard and soft play area 200 m2
• Sensory Garden 100 m2
• 6 parking spaces

Quantity Surveying Services for Additional Accommodation at Tarmon NS, Castlerea, Co Roscommon. Tarmon N.S. is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Diocese of Elphin.

In summary, the project will comprise:
