Description of the procurement

The Office of Public Works (OPW) seeks te nders for the provision of a Digital Workplace software platform to improve communication, collaboration and staff engagement across the organisation. The OPW is committed to improving the organisation through the use of modern and innovative digital colla boration tools with particular
focus on employee engagement. The OPW requires a Digital Workplace software platform to improve itsinternal and external communications, engage with mass employee audiences, targeted groups, and public stakeholders quickly, efficiently, securely and dynamically.
For the purpose of this tender, it may be assumed that the user base will start off at 1,500 no. users but could potentially rise to c. 2,400 no. users in time. Any contract arising from this competition will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend as set out in Section 1.5 of the RFT document.
Tenderers may quote for both cloud and on premise offerings.
For the purpose of this tender competition, Tenderers shall provide costings on the basis of 1,500 no. users but shall indicate if any discounts apply for increased numbers. Pricing will remain fixed for the duration of the 3 year contract period and any subsequent agreed extensions awarded under the contract
