The Contracting Authority, wishes to put in place a bespoke Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified consultant/s to act on behalf of the Contracting Authority in carrying out Building Design Services (Lot 1) and Civil Engineering Design Services (Lot 2) at Dublin and Cork airports.

In addition, the Lead Applicant must be able to demonstrate an average minimum turnover of €25 million for each of the last three financial years in respect to Building Design Services (Lot 1) and an average minimum turnover of €50 million for each of the last three financial years in respect to Civil Engineering Design Services (Lot 2). If applying for both Lots, the Lead Applicant must be able to demonstrate an average minimum turnover of €75 million for each of the last three financial years. Other members of the Applicant do not need to satisfy this requirement. Applicants are permitted to rely on the resources of others to meet the minimum requirements identified in this section 8.6.1 (Financial Robustness) in accordance with the provisions of Part 7 (Reliance on Resources).
