The Authority wishes to invite tenders for the provision of Secure Print Services in order to fulfil the requirements for secure printing. The proposed Contract intends to provide a high level of security around printing, while introducing opportunities for cost reductions through decreased waste and enforcement of print policies.
A range of secure print services is required:
Category 1: Area Roof-sign Stickers (RSS)
Category 2: ID cards – The Driver Display Card
Category 3: ID cards – The Driver’s Licence Smart Card
Category 4: Tamper Evident In-Vehicle Licence Discs
Category 5: Vehicle Licence Certificates
Category 6: Frangible Adhesive Authentication Seals
Category 7: Warrant Cards for Authorised Persons
The Authority wishes to invite tenders for the provision of Secure Print Services in order to fulfil the requirements for secure printing. If the services provided are deemed to be satisfactory the contract may be renewed annually up to a maximum of 2 years after the end of the second year. The Authority reserves the right not to extend the contract beyond the first 24 month period, to review the services annually after the initial 24 month period, and to terminate the contract if the levels are deemed to be unsatisfactory.

All costs incurred by interested parties in participating in this competition must be borne by them.
