The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of Microsoft services. In particular, the Contracting Authority intends to engage a strategic Microsoft partner to support its current Microsoft environment and to support the development of platforms that have not yet been deployed in the Contracting Authority’s environment. The successful tenderer shall log all calls for any system currently in use by the Contracting Authority and shall engage in troubleshooting to resolve technical issues as they arise.
