The Contracting Authority (RCSI Hospitals) intends to establish a single-party framework agreement with a suitably-qualified and experienced economic operator for the provision of specialist and strategic recruitment services, support and advice. In the first instance, the successful framework member shall assist the Contracting Authority in recruiting nurses and healthcare assistants. The successful tenderer will be required to provide both a direct recruitment service, whereby candidates are identified, recruited and on-boarded on behalf of the Contracting Authority, and may also be required to provide strategic support and advice to the Contracting Authority regarding its ongoing recruitment activities.
This competition is being conducted on behalf of RCSI Hospitals (the Contracting Authority) by Beaumont Hospital.
