The potential supplier must demonstrate capability in managing the delivery of the large scale Business transformation and have experience in delivering a workflow management system to support the Arts Council grants management and payment procedures. It must show capability in delivering the ICT solution as well as experience in delivery a programme of works that manages the change required to transform the tools, processes and people in order to realize the business transformation.
