Consultancy services for the design and delivery of Templemore Town Hall Cultural & Enterprise Centre with Civic Plaza

Tipperary County Council wish to engage consultancy services comprising a multi-disciplined Architect Led Design Team (the "Consultant") to provide relevant Architectural, Engineering and PSDP Services for the design and delivery of Templemore Town Hall Cultural & Enterprise Centre with Civic Plaza, Templemore, Co. Tipperary

Please note change in dates on this RFT as follows:-
(i) Strictly subject to Government and HSE advice regarding restrictions relating to Covid-19,a site visit by Candidates may be allowable (limited access only). If visits are possible, they will be rescheduled to take place on Tuesday, 9th June, 2020 between the hours of 9:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:30pm. All appointments must be made through Jim Ryan, Executive Engineer, Tipperary County Council at jimg.ryan@tipperarycoco.ie with TTH Site Visit in the Subject Line.
(ii) The closing date for receipt of queries has been changed to Monday, 15th, June, 2020 at 4:30pm.
(iii) The date after which the Contracting Authority will not normally issue supplemental information or responses to queries has been changed to Friday, 19th. June, 2020 at 4:30pm.
(iv) The closing date for submission of tenders electronically through the eTenders system has been extended to 12NOON on Monday, 29th. June, 2020.
