The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) was established under the Sustainable Energy Act 2002. It works with the public, businesses, government and communities to achieve a cleaner energy future. SEAI is funded by the Government of Ireland through the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment. SEAI is also partly financed by Ireland’s EU Structural Funds Programme, co-funded by the Irish Government and the European Union. The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) was to identify and appoint a suitably resourced multi-disciplined customer and business process services provider to efficiently and effectively support the delivery of SEAI programmes.
The successful Service Provider will be responsible for all elements of the Outsourced Business Process solution.
The term of the contract will be four years. The contract is offered on an initial two year basis with the option for two additional 12-month extensions subject to SEAI requirements and continued satisfactory performance.
