This is a resourced based contract. The Office of Public Works has set the type and quantity of resources to be applied to the contract. The tasks detailed in this document “Description of Service”, describe the service as required by the Office of Public Works.
The requirement of the contract is to manage and resource the day-today maintenance service of;
• The Mechanical and Electrical Section of the OPW on a national basis;
• The Regional Building Fabric Maintenance Service ;
• Processing all Building Fabric Maintenance calls for the Measured Term Maintenance Contract (Building Fabric) for Dublin only.
All of which come under the umbrella of the OPW National Maintenance Help-Desk.
