The successful Tenderer must design and administer effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection processes for the CCPC in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for Appointment to Positions in the Civil Service and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing to completion a number of recruitment campaigns for a number of posts. These campaigns are expected to produce a precise number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the CCPC at contract stage.
