Short description

This is a call to competition by IE for the supply and delivery of Hexagonal Slit Nuts to its sleeper factory in Portlaoise
Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to participate in the tender process for the supply of Hexagonal Slit Nuts - manufactured from cold drawn steel ((Material DIN 1651-1970, 9S Mn28k) - for use in post tensioned railway sleepers
It is proposed to award a 1 year fixed price contract with the option to extend annually up to a maximum of 3 years. Prices in years 2 and 3 will be subject to indexation

Applicants will be invited to complete a questionnaire (attached) which seeks company details; information on similar contracts undertaken with value, dates, locations and contact names for reference etc; applicants may be requested to provide supporting information such as balance sheets for the past three financial years.
