An initial contract will be awarded under the framework for four (4) years, with the option to extend for a further period of three (3) years, subject to a maximum duration of seven (7) years. The scope of the framework is intended to provide PSI with ICT Application hosting, support and related services. It should be noted that PSI is also currently undergoing a large organisation-wide Business Transformation Project (BTP) which will also require support.

Description of the procurement
