The NTA requires a Creative Advertising Agency to provide Creative Advertising services to develop advertising for placement in general media. NTA regularly runs significant integrated marketing communications campaigns to increase usage of the services as outlined in the Information Memorandum, and to increase understanding of the programme outlined in the Information Memorandum, as well as other initiatives that arise from time to time.
The services will include (but not be limited to):
Campaigns
• Through TV;
• Radio (local and national);
• Press (local and national);
• Out Of Home (small and large format);
• Digital (In Apps, on mobile and desktop); and
• Social Media.
Strategic and Creative Advertising
• Advising NTA and its constituent businesses on marketing and advertising strategy;
• Provide information on how best to target our diverse audiences;
• Providing creative design and production services, including digital;
• Advising on appropriate marketing mix strategy; and
• Running ‘below-the-line’ promotions.
A more detailed spec will be available at Invitation to Tender Stage. The Authority reserves the right to award the contract to one tenderer as part of stage 2 of this Tender competition.
