Short description

The University of Limerick (UL) wishes to source and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to print, supply and deliver their Bi-Annual Magazine Publication – UL Links, in February 2020 and October 2020. The purpose of the magazine is to promote University of Limerick stories to its audience both on and off campus in a tangible way through a physical print publication and for it to further develop as a marquee publication for use by executive and beyond.
The successful tenderer will be required to manage the publishing process from beginning to the end. The print quantity required is 87,000 magazines per edition. The Contracting Authority expects to be in a position to provide print-ready high resolution CYMK Artwork files to the successful bidder by 14th January 2020 for proofing. Initial timeline for production completion and delivery to three locations is Tuesday 18th February, 2020 for distribution on Tuesday 25th February, 2020.
