Short description

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, intends to establish a contract for the supply and commissioning of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation equipment for use in donation after circulatory death. Initially, the successful tenderer will be required to supply and commission the required equipment. Following the expiry of a warranty period of twelve months’ duration, a support and maintenance contract of four years’ duration will be awarded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, upon the expiry of this support and maintenance contract, to award subsequent contracts governing the support and maintenance of the equipment, each of twelve months in duration, until the obsolescence of the tendered equipment.

Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, intends to establish a contract for the supply and commissioning of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation equipment for use in donation after circulatory death. Initially, the successful tenderer will be required to supply and commission the required equipment. Following the expiry of a warranty period of twelve months’ duration, a support and maintenance contract of four years’ duration will be awarded.
