The term of the Framework Agreement will be for three years with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions.

Additional Information – Dublin City Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2014.
