The Central Bank is seeking to design, develop, implement and deliver bespoke accredited learning programmes to help meet the specific technical and professional learning needs of the organization which are linked to the Central Banks statutory responsibilities. Building on existing experience and expertise, the Curriculum will help to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to effectively carry out their roles in a changing and challenging environment; while also supporting their professional development and building organisational capability.
