The overall scope of this Contract will be to provide a comprehensive facilities management service to these Shannon Heritage sites, on both a planned and reactive basis, over the contract duration.
The Service Provider will be required to manage and implement a planned preventative maintenance programme for all relevant systems and services as agreed by the
• General Maintenance (specific tasks & areas listed in the RFT)
• Fire & Security Alarm system monitoring
• Air Conditioning Units
• Lifts
• Cleaning services including Cleaning Consumables
