Description of the procurement

The project consists of the provision of Consultancy Services - Architect Led Design Team which shall include Lead Architect, Conservation Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Services, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design and Assigned Certifier and Employer’s Representative, Planning Consultancy, Traffic Management and Landscape Architect for the proposed development of a new National Learning Network (NLN) College at Rehab Group, Park House, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin
Park House is a protected structure and is listed as No. 1058 on the Record of protected structures for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown. As a minimum, the lead Consultant must be an RIAI-registered Architectural Practice with previous experience in conservation work (as more particularly described in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire)
The consultancy service requirements for this request for tender shall include for stages (i) Preliminary through Statutory Approvals to stage (v) Handover of Works, Certification and Final Account. All related fees and charges associated with Design Team Services shall be included in the lump sum tender price for this tender call. The consultancy service shall be an all-in package and incorporate all competent consultants as required so as to ensure a successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
