Short description

The Central Bank is seeking to procure an integrated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) (the "System") comprising the following modules - Personnel, Time, Payroll, Pensions, Recruitment, Onboarding and Workforce Planning functionality. The priority for the Central Bank is selection and implementation of Personnel, Time, Payroll and Pensions functionality.
The Central Bank reserves the right not to proceed with the purchase and implementation of the other modules or elements of the above functionality should it be deemed such functionality not to be a suitable fit. Tenderers should clearly indicate how the licensing methodology caters for such an approach.
Tenderers should refer to the attached ITT documentation for more information in relation to this competition.

Description of the procurement
