Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) seek a competent furniture contractor for the fit out works of part of an existing office building at Three Park Place, Hatch Street Dublin 2 The contract will comprise of all loose furniture fit-out works to complete the fit-out of circa 2,500 Sq.m net (between the 3rd and 4th Floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the "Premises") for office accommodation. The fit-out works will consist of supply and installation of furniture for all open plan office spaces, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas.
