11.1 Introductory information Myeloma and Immunodeficiency protein measurement service The myeloma and immunodeficiency protein measurement service at the Immunology Department, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Pathology (LabMed) St. James’s Hospital has provided an in-house and national service since the 1980s.
