In addition, the sucessful tenderer will be provided with a lease opportunity. In relation to this element of the contract the bank is expected to provide a wide range of on campus banking facilities to staff, students and graduates. While electronic banking options are acceptable the stakeholders do require a high quality face-to-face customer service provision particularly during term time. The sucessful tenderer is also expected to maintain and operate a separate ATM facility on campus.
The sucessful tenderer will be provided with first preference opportunities to provide support and sponsorship to many relevant campus activities including access to entrepreneur programmes, incubation centres, research project opportunities, student events. Should the sucessful tenderer decide not to avail of such opportunities as they arise the opportunity will be afforded to other financial institutions
