Short description

The Procuring Entity proposes awarding contracts for the inspection of vehicle under-chassis and under-body to vehicle manufacturers' specification, and the complete re-application of anti-corrosion treatment in accordance with the manufacturers' specification. The contracts shall include double-deck city buses, single-deck city buses and single-deck coaches.

Lot 1: Western Region (including up to 40 vehicles based at depots in Athlone and Galway) and
Northwest Region (including up to 29 vehicles based at depots in Ballina, Sligo and Stranorlar)
Lot 2: Eastern Region (including up to 68 vehicles based at depots in Broadstone, Cavan and Dundalk)
Lot 3: Southern Region (including up to 125 vehicles based at depots in Cork, Rosslare and Waterford)
Lot 4: Southwest Region (including up to 59 vehicles based at depots in Limerick and Tralee)
Within each Lot, Bus Eireann may contract with one or more tenderers based on the capacity of participants to complete the work according to project timescales.
