The fit-out works will consist of construction of a stairs between 3rd and 4th floors as well as open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas. The main building works (shell & core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by mid-August 2019 to allow occupation by SEAI in September2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
